Egypt was the birthplace of perfumery, and at the heart of this fragrance are the florals most beloved by Egyptian royalty: geranium, jasmine, green leaf, and rose buds, layered over a luminous base of ancient sandalwood, musk, and caramel.
The porcelain vase centers on the circumpunct dot — an ancient Egyptian hieroglyph representing the sun and the deity of gold — framed in the rich blue of lapis lazuli, a semi-precious stone that symbolized joy in Egyptian culture. A candle as rich in symbolism as it is in fragrance.
