Return Process
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with a return.
1. Request a Return Authorization
- Email help@finatavola.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Include your order number and/or a copy of your original invoice.
- A Return Authorization (RA) will be issued with detailed instructions.
- Items returned without prior RA approval will be returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping costs.
2. Prepare & Ship Your Return
- Package the item securely to prevent damage.
- Drop off at your local post office or UPS location.
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance and a tracking number — Fina Tavola is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
3. Return Deadlines
- Your RA is valid for 14 calendar days from the date issued.
- Items must be shipped by this date to be accepted.
4. Refunds
- Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
- Refunds exclude original delivery fees.
5. Condition Requirements
- Returned items must be new, unused, and shelf-ready in their original packaging.
- Clearance items are Final Sale — no returns accepted.
Return Shipping Labels
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Please arrange your own insured, trackable shipment.
Delivery Damage Policy
We inspect and package every order with care. If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via email at help@finatavola.com.
- Include clear photos of the damage.
- Save all packaging materials — outer box, packing supplies, and any broken pieces — as they are required for our insurance claim.
Damage claims made after two business days from receipt cannot be processed.
