Return Process

In the event that you’re not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to process a return.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Email us at help@finatavola.com with your return requests within 30 days of purchase date. Please include your order number and/or original invoice.
  2. A return authorization will be issued with return instructions. Any items returned without a prior Return Authorization will be automatically returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping charges.
  3. Package your item safely and drop off at your local post office or UPS. We recommend purchasing insurance on your return shipment and obtaining a tracking number. Fina Tavola is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in return transit.
  4. Once the return item is received and inspected, the return will be processed in the form of the original payment.
  5. Your Return Authorization is valid for 14 calendar days from the date it was issued. Items must be received in our location by this date; otherwise, your return will not be accepted.
  6. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. 
  • Please note that returned items must be in new, unused, and shelf-ready condition within 30 days of receipt and with original packaging. Items returned within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for a full refund (minus the delivery fee) in the form of the original payment.
  • CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.

Can you send me a return shipping label?

We do not provide return shipping labels. If you need to return an item, we recommend purchasing insurance on your return shipment and obtaining a tracking number. Fina Tavola is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in return transit.

DELIVERY DAMAGE POLICY

Everything we ship is thoroughly inspected and packaged with upmost care to ensure it’s received in good condition. In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before your possession, please notify our customer care team at 305-409-8090 or help@finatavola.com within 48 hours of the receipt of the product. Please include pictures of the damage. We are not responsible for damages claimed if reported more than two business days after being received.

**IMPORTANT: Damaged Orders**

If your order arrives damaged, please **save all packaging materials** — this includes the outer box, packaging supplies, and any broken pieces. These items are required for our insurance claim.
