Return Process
In the event that you’re not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to process a return.
RETURN PROCESS
- Email us at help@finatavola.com with your return requests within 30 days of purchase date. Please include your order number and/or original invoice.
- A return authorization will be issued with return instructions. Any items returned without a prior Return Authorization will be automatically returned to you, and you will be charged for all return shipping charges.
- Package your item safely and drop off at your local post office or UPS. We recommend purchasing insurance on your return shipment and obtaining a tracking number. Fina Tavola is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in return transit.
- Once the return item is received and inspected, the return will be processed in the form of the original payment.
- Your Return Authorization is valid for 14 calendar days from the date it was issued. Items must be received in our location by this date; otherwise, your return will not be accepted.
- Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed.
- Please note that returned items must be in new, unused, and shelf-ready condition within 30 days of receipt and with original packaging. Items returned within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for a full refund (minus the delivery fee) in the form of the original payment.
