At Fina Tavola we want you to shop with confidence and be happy with your purchase! In the event that you’re not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to process a return.
RETURN POLICY
Items in new, unused, and shelf-ready condition with all original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Exceptions to this return policy include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Sale items, custom orders and special orders are not returnable, unless defective. Items discounted during special promotion periods are returnable.
- Clearance items are FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.
- Items purchased during a sale will incur a 15% re-stocking fee (deducted from your refund). If product is being returned for an exchange, re-stocking fee will be waived.
- Due to health and safety concerns, personal care items such as perfumes, soaps, skin care and hair care items cannot be returned, even if unopened, and no refunds will be issued, unless defective.
- Products must still have its labels attached and packaging must be in new sellable condition to be accepted for return / exchange.
- If product is damaged or worn, then your request will be refused and the order will be returned to you.
- Special orders and custom orders are not cancellable once they have been placed.
- Shipping fees are not refundable as well as return shipping costs.
- After 30 days, we only accommodate manufacture defects.

DELIVERY DAMAGE POLICY
Everything we ship is thoroughly inspected and packaged with upmost care to ensure it’s received in good condition. In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before your possession, please notify our customer care team at 305-409-8090 or help@finatavola.com within 48 hours of the receipt of the product. Please include pictures of the damage. We are not responsible for damages claimed if reported more than two business days after being received.
**IMPORTANT: Damaged Orders**
If your order arrives damaged, please **save all packaging materials** — this includes the outer box, packaging supplies, and any broken pieces. These items are required for our insurance claim.
