At Fina Tavola we want you to shop with confidence and be happy with your purchase! In the event that you’re not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to process a return.
- Return requests must be received within 30 days of purchase date via email. Please include your order number and/or original invoice.
- A return authorization will be issued before you are able to ship back your merchandise.
- Items returned within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for a full refund (minus the delivery fee) in the form of the original payment.
- We do not refund original shipping charges.
- After 30 days, we only accommodate manufacture defects.
- Items must be new & unused, and returned in original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.
- Please return your merchandise using insurance and tracking information. Fina Tavola is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Once the return item is received and inspected, the return will be processed.
- Returns without the original receipt or with gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
- There are no returns on Clearance or Final Sale items.
- Due to health and safety concerns, personal care items such as perfumes, soaps, cosmetics, skin care and hair care cannot be returned, even if unopened, and no refunds will be issued.
- We do not accept returns on special orders and/or custom orders, unless defective.
DELIVERY DAMAGE POLICY
Everything we ship is thoroughly inspected and packaged with upmost care to ensure it’s received in good condition. In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before your possession, please notify our customer care team at 305-409-8090 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the receipt of the product. Please include pictures of the damage. We are not responsible for damages claimed if reported more than two business days after being received.
