Return Policy

Our Return Philosophy

We want you to love every purchase from Fina Tavola. If something isn’t right, our goal is to make the return process clear, fair, and hassle-free — while protecting the quality and integrity of the products we offer.

We carefully curate and package our items, many of which are delicate, artisan-made, or specialty goods. Because of this, we ask that returns be in new, unused condition with original packaging so they can be enjoyed by another customer. This approach allows us to keep our standards high, our prices fair, and our returns process smooth for everyone.


Return Policy

Items in new, unused, and shelf-ready condition with all original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Exceptions & Restrictions

  • Clearance items — Final sale, no returns accepted.
  • Custom orders and special orders — Not returnable unless defective.
  • Personal care items (perfumes, soaps, skincare, haircare) — No returns, even if unopened, unless defective.
  • Flatware sets — Must be returned in original box with shrink wrap intact.
  • Labels & packaging — Must be intact and in sellable condition.
  • Damaged, worn, or altered items — Not eligible for return.
  • Special/custom orders — Cannot be canceled after 24 hours of order placement.
  • Shipping fees — Non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
  • After 30 days — Only manufacturer defects will be accommodated.
  • Orders with free shipping — A $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if the order is returned (unless due to damage or defect).

Free Gift Policy

If your order included a free gift and the order is returned in full, or if more than 50% of the original purchase is returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.


Return Shipping Labels

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. If you need to return an item, please arrange shipping yourself and ensure it is insured and trackable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit.


Delivery Damage Policy

Every order is thoroughly inspected and packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged in transit or is otherwise damaged before reaching you:

  1. Contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receipt at help@finatavola.com.
  2. Provide clear photos of the damage.
  3. Save all packaging materials — including the outer box, packing supplies, and any broken pieces — as they are required for our insurance claim.

Fina Tavola is not responsible for damage claims made more than two business days after delivery.
