At Fina Tavola we want you to shop with confidence and be happy with your purchase! In the event that you’re not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to make a return or exchange.
- Return request must be received within 30 days of purchase date via email. Please include your order number found in the packing slip.
- A Return Authorization must be received before shipping back merchandise.
- Items returned within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for a full refund (minus the delivery fee) in the form of the original payment. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
- We do not refund original shipping charges.
- After 30 days, we only accommodate manufacture defects.
- Returns without the original receipt or with gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
- There are no returns or exchanges on Clearance or Final Sale items.
- We do not accept returns on special orders and/or custom orders, unless defective.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been used or washed.
- Items must be returned in original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.
- Please return your merchandise using insurance and tracking information. Fina Tavola is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
DELIVERY DAMAGE POLICY
Everything we ship is thoroughly inspected and packaged with upmost care to ensure it’s received in good condition. In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before your possession, please notify our customer care team at 305-409-8090 or email@example.com within 48 hours of the receipt of the product. If possible, include pictures of the damage. We are not responsible for damages claimed if reported more than two business days after being received.
