Four steak knives crafted 100% in France at their factory in Celles-sur-Durolle, each one hand finished with a stunning olivewood handle that brings a warm, organic elegance to any table. Olivewood is one of the most distinctive and characterful handle materials available — rich in grain and warmth, and no two handles are exactly alike.

Each knife features a hardened X46Cr13 stainless steel blade with a satin finish, assembled with three rivets onto a solid stainless steel bolster. The famous Laguiole bee embellishes the bolster of every knife — the mark of a true Laguiole blade, crafted in the tradition that André Verdier has upheld for generations in the Laguiole region of France.
