The Debutant Country by André Verdier is a set of four Laguiole steak knives crafted from high-grade X46Cr13 stainless steel with a mirror finish, full tang construction for balance and durability, and olivewood handles. Natural variations in color and grain mean no two are exactly alike.

The dual-edge blade, serrated on one side and beveled on the other, delivers cutting performance that matches the look of the knife. The welded Laguiole Napoleon bee on the stainless steel bolster of each knife is applied in strict accordance with Laguiole tradition, not stamped. Made in France by André Verdier since 1859.
