To use, make sure the surface is dry and free of dust or surface dirt, then apply sparingly with a soft, dry cloth. Rub gently in a circular motion until a black residue appears, usually within 10 to 15 seconds, then buff lightly with the polishing cloth to remove it. Any food contact item should be washed thoroughly in warm soapy water and dried with a soft cloth before use.
